To become a leading destination for contemporary art and international collectors. This is the vision that drives 6499, 6499 Art Gallery, the new exhibition space at Via del Torchio 1, Milan, a few steps from the Duomo.
An extension of a brand with roots in design and fashion, 6499 Art Gallery will open its doors to the public on 25 September with an inaugural exhibition featuring works by some of the most celebrated names in contemporary art. 

The new project, named Art Winery, consists of apermanent exhibitionset up in the cellars of Monte del Frà, at Sommacampagna (Verona), with works by several artists on the national and international scene.

The exhibition will be open to visitors free of charge from 17 March 2023 to 20 January 2024, from Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In July and August, it will also be open on Sundays, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Giorgio Tentolini, born in ‘78, is an Italian contemporary artist who has revolutionised the concept of portraiture and two-dimensional sculpture. 

Thursday 9 October 2025, at 18:30, 6499 Milano Art Gallery will open its doors to the public for the much-anticipated Vernissage of “HOOF”, The new photography exhibition by Maria Shutova. The exhibition, hosted in the spaces at Via del Torchio 1, in the beating heart of Milan, is a journey into the soul of the horse, a noble and mysterious being, a symbol of freedom and harmony.

Giorgio Tentolini, born in ‘78, is an Italian contemporary artist who has revolutionised the concept of portraiture and two-dimensional sculpture. Internationally recognised, his work is distinguished by the technique of layering industrial materials, such as metal mesh, tulle, paper, or PVC, with which he creates images that explore memory, time and the fragility of human perception. 

With the 6499 Cup, 6499 Milano created a unique dialogue between golf and contemporary art, transforming the traditional golf course into an open-air exhibition space where sculptures and installations accompanied players across the 18 holes. The first edition embodies 6499 Milano’s ongoing commitment to presenting art in unconventional contexts, fostering a more immediate and engaging experience for collectors and art enthusiasts alike. 

Milan has enthusiastically welcomed the new work of Simone Di Matteo. It took place on December 11th, at the 6499 Art Gallery at Via del Torchio number 1, the first official presentation of “Gli occhi e la rosa”(Draw Up Editions, 2025). A modern fairy tale that marks a new chapter in the literary journey of the writer, journalist, television pundit, and editor-in-chief of the news outlet www.lopinione.com.

Its name is “6499”, translated “Art and Innovation,” and it is the Milanese creation founded and directed by Amedeo Demitry, the art manager is in the spotlight these days. Over a quarter of a century of experience in various managerial roles has led him to conceive a new programme and a new working group, directed by his son Andrea Chief Executive Officer of the company and supported by Gabriele Masserini, Head of Sales and Franz Siccardi Creative Director of the Design Department.

Last June 13th, the third edition of the 6499 Golf Cup took place at the Tolcinasco Golf Club (MI), an annual event where art and sport always meet with great success. On this occasion too, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Milan renewed its participation as a sponsor, showcasing its cars, which have always been symbols of elegance, innovation, and timeless luxury.

From golf clubs to wine estates and beach resorts: 6499 Milano brings exhibitions and sculptures to some of Italy’s most prestigious locations.
Among the initiatives is the first edition of a golf tournament where each tee will be paired with a dedicated artwork. Participants will experience the game in dialogue with art, surrounded by its beauty throughout the course.

From 16 to 21 April, 6499 Milano presents a curated selection of artworks at the Salvioni Design Solutions concept store, in the heart of Milan’s Design District at 3 Via Durini. The installation has been conceived in close dialogue with the furniture collections showcased across the store’s six floors. Each level presents a distinct vision of contemporary living, defined this year by refined, understated colour schemes designed to enhance the artworks and shift the focus from the setting to the content itself.

A dialogue between light and shadow unfolds through luminous openings that reveal fragments of urban landscapes, where human figures are brought into focus by the light itself, while traffic lights and passing vehicles become luminous presences in their own right. “Mysterious” sources of light allow each viewer to project their own vision and imagination, while wet, reflective surfaces create a tactile sensation that seems “to extend beyond the visual experience.”.
