This vector finds its vital point for the expansion of consciousness and memory in invention and change, which is also reflected in the way things are perceived, in their poetics, and in their aesthetics. Within it, antiquity (no longer seen as old age) and medievality (no longer a loss of technique) took shape. In its various articulations of postmodernity and altermodernity, everything has become subjectively more imperative and objectively truer.<\/p>\n<p><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_image et_pb_image_0\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.6499milano.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/tempio-di-segesta-curiosita.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Temple of Segesta - curiosities\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_1_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et-last-child et_block_column\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_image et_pb_image_1\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.6499milano.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/serpente-merz-tempio-segesta-1080x630-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"snake-mercy-temple-segesta-1080x630\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_1  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>This conceptual premise, in saying that around the Doric temple of Segesta (never finished) and its semi-buried Greek city, the works of three contemporary artists have taken their place, artists who work, in different ways, with materials that are \u201cpoor\u201d from the point of view of traditional decorativeness, but rich from a conceptual one, embodying the desire to be in time, but not to be prisoners, with a sophisticated and accurate search for methods and forms, capable of transcending chronological temporality (which is that of biology and biography) and entering into the deep spirit of contemporaneity, which is timeless, capable in space of conjugating the factuality of millennia, establishing an \u201cimpossible\u201d dialogue, but for this very reason creative, synthetic, without affecting the\u2019<em>one<\/em> that comes from afar and the\u2019<em>other<\/em> that comes from nearby, establishing a community of new myth and new ritual. Thus the installations of Costas Varotsos, with a long optical serpent that alchemically connects the hic et nunc, with the nunc et semper, of Mario Merz who, arm in arm with Fibonacci, proposes the harmony of one and all, as a Pythagorean upheaval of the universe, of Ignazio Mortellaro whose watchtower captures the musicality of the air, in the breath of the wind and gives rise to an uncomfortable, immense sound by Gianni Gebbia. La collezione Burnt Cork nasce dalle ceneri; volevo esprimere questa tensione nel design, ed \u00e8 cos\u00ec che \u00e8 emersa l'idea di creare blocchi personalizzati che rivelano un gradiente dal sughero bruciato grezzo a una finitura raffinata\u201d, racconta in delle interviste.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo una complessa sperimentazione durata due anni, i pezzi sono l\u2019esito di una filiera che combina lavorazione artigianale e industriale.<br \/>Assemblato a mano in una serie di blocchi da Granorte, piccola azienda specializzata a conduzione familiare, la massa di sughero \u00e8 stata intagliata dai robot industriali dell\u2019azienda NF Cork seguendo i disegni di Duchaufour-Lawrance.
